City office

The City Office supports the City Executive Board in the management, coordination and supervision of Malmö City's operations. The City Office also supports the City Council in their work with overall responsibility for the City of Malmö.

City Planning Office

The City Planning Office has overall responsibility for planning, construction and urban surveying in the municipality. The administration has around 230 full-time employees divided across five different departments.
